Delete your account

Pollona: Domino Scorekeeper — by APPFLOW LLC

You can delete your Pollona account and its associated data yourself, from inside the app. No form to fill in and no waiting: it happens immediately.

How to request deletion

Open Pollona on your phone.
Go to the Profile tab (the last one in the bottom bar).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. The deletion is carried out at that moment and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot reach that screen, write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and we will delete it for you. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account: the anonymous one, or the one you linked with Google or Apple.
Your email address, if you had linked an account.
Your personal code (the one in your QR) and the link between your account and your player.
Your private marks: who you know, who you merged as "same as…", and who you hid from your lists.
Your subscription status stored by the app.

All of it is deleted straight away, and it cannot be recovered afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long

The games you played stay, because a game belongs to the whole table and the other players keep their own history of that night. Your player is left with no name and no owner (it shows as "Player"), so nothing in those games points back to you.
The game log (every entry, correction and voided hand) stays for the same reason: it is what shows who scored what, and a game is never rewritten.
Both are kept for as long as the app exists. Table invitations expire on their own after 3 hours, and the attempt counters after 10 minutes.

Take your data with you first

Before deleting, you can export everything: Profile → Export history gives you a CSV file with all of your games. Once the account is deleted there is no way to get it back.
